Job Characteristics
Fajita Cook:
· Grill pre-marinated beef fajitas and chicken fajitas.
· Stock wood as needed before and after each shift.
· Maintain clean work areas and floors in order toprevent accidents and food contamination.
· Ensure proper rotation of all food product.
· Stock and date shipments when deliveries arrive.
· Properly fill out and calculate yield sheets.
· Ability to build and maintain a mesquite and charcoalfire.
Qualifications:
· Prefer open availability schedules (includingweekends).
· Must be 18 years of age.
· Ability to work quickly and accurately in stressfulsituations.
· Must have good communication skills with customers andmanagement.
· Ability to stand and work in an area with limitedspace.
· Ability to work in areas of heat in excess of 90℉ for extended periods of time.
· Must be able to carry up to 40 lbs unassisted and over40 lbs with the assistance of another employee.
