Duties & Responsibilities
- Always adheres to brand standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.
- Completes duties on opening and closing prep checklists.
- Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area according to standards.
- Supports and assists your fellow team members whenever possible.
- Greet Guests, take food/beverage orders, expedite orders, and assist with dining room service.
- Properly operate POS system for taking all types of Guest orders.
- Answers the phone properly with the knowledge to assist Guests with questions/information and take phone orders.
- Interacts with Guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Restocks drink station and expo area, maintain restroom cleanliness, empty trash cans, and helps to keep the dining room and other Guest areas clean
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front of house restaurant operations with a focus on guest service is highly desirable
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Prior experience demonstrating reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40lbs
