We are a family owned pet food and supply store looking for a dedicated team member who will work side by side with our Store and Asst Managers to provide world class customer service.
Responsibilities
· Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
· Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
· Deal with issues that arise from staff and/or customers such as complaints and customers accidents in an inclusive and professional manner
Skills
· Proven track record of serving in a retail position for more than two years
· Strong leader with exceptional customer and employee management skills
· Strong organizational skills with ability to complete work tasks in a prompt and timely order
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
