Amy’s Clean Team is looking to hire new cleaners! At Amy's Clean Team giving a quality clean to our residential and commercial clients alike is our main goal. We are a privately owned small business that has been operating for over 10 years out of the South Bay/Long Beach area. If you are reliable, punctual, honest, hardworking, and pay attention to small details this job is for you! You must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Experience preferred but not required. We provide all cleaning supplies but you will use your own transportation to get to and from jobs. Drive time is included in your weekly pay. We service all of LA County and Orange County. We are looking to add to our growing cleaning family, we will help you grow with us. Jobs are usually starting from 9:00 am Monday - Saturdays (Sundays upon request only) with some early morning and night jobs available as well. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks such as laundering linens and towels as needed.
- Conduct floor care duties, including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
- Execute commercial and residential cleaning assignments with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas by ensuring all fixtures are sanitized.
- Handle carpet cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and products used in residential and commercial settings.
- Ability to effectively launder items while maintaining quality standards.
- Familiarity with floor care practices for different surfaces.
- Experience in both residential cleaning and commercial cleaning environments is a plus.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
