Job Title: Sanitation Technician

Position Summary
Seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing and warehouse environment. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is self-motivated, and can work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning and sanitation of production, warehouse, office, and common areas.
- Follow all sanitation procedures, GMP/cGMP, Oranic and company safety policies.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly with exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready facility at all times.
- Properly use and store cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Remove trash and recycling throughout the facility.
- Complete sanitation logs and other required documentation accurately.
- Identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance and proactively address them.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including organizing inventory and maintaining cleanliness in storage areas.
- Provide support to the Shipping and Packaging Department during busy periods or when additional assistance is needed.
- Follow verbal and written instructions while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sanitation, janitorial, warehouse, manufacturing, or food production environments preferred.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated with the ability to identify tasks that need to be completed without constant direction.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, warehouse operations, and safe work practices.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist other departments as business needs require.
