You will learn our sales method for how to effectively sell our products over the phone and provide industry leading, outstanding customer service.
Job pay is $40,000 base plus 2% commission on sales you make. Average order size is tens of thousands of dollars, so the ability to earn is based on how well you apply your selling skills. We do not cap our commission either, so what you sell is what you earn.

We are seeking an individual to take take ownership with their role in our sales department. Our ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated, effective, and able to learn quickly. The right candidate will be able to balance long hours with a supportive management team, and will be responsible for implementing selling strategies that aim to increase revenue while creating brand loyalty.
During the busy season, you will be expected to handle phone calls throughout the week, with weekend on-call duties shared equally with other members of the sales team. Typical on-call weekend duty is once every (6) weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers and close large deals.
- Deliver consistent sales results.
- Provide exceptional service to your customer from initial order through the installation of their product.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
