My Therapy Connection™ is hiring a full-time Clinical Director — a seasoned, licensed leader ready to grow alongside an amazing team in an expanding private group practice where we care about YOU and YOUR journey!
My Therapy Connection™ is a private mental health practice devoted to giving the highest quality of care to our clients. We desire professionals who want to work in a practice that embodies a family atmosphere and faith-centered principles — to love, accept, and serve each clinician and client who chooses to be part of our practice.
As we continue to expand, we're seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead and support one of our clinical teams. This is a leadership tier above our supervisors: you'll guide and develop our clinical supervisors and their therapists while carrying a manageable caseload of your own.
We're accepting cover letters and resumes from candidates who have:
- ACS, Certified Clinical Supervisor or AAMFT-approved supervisor status, plus an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- A current license with at least 5 years of mental health experience
- A willingness to work with couples and children/teens (preferred)
- A willingness to work some evenings (weekday 3–9) or Saturday (9–4)
What you'll do:
- Provide clinical supervision to therapists and supervisors through individual, dyad, and group formats
- Carry a clinical caseload of about 15-21 client hours per week and complete all documentation within 24 hours per legal and ethical guidelines
- Oversee documentation quality, monthly chart audits, and compliance with ethical, licensure, and HIPAA standards
- Develop, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff and interns, and manage personnel matters for your team
- Serve as a clinical resource for crises, mandated reporting, and complex cases
Compensation & benefits:
- Full-time, salaried (exempt) position with an annual salary of $95,000-$105,000, commensurate with experience
