Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism, establishing a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions.
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate services.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively.
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest relations practices.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
