The Construction Project Manager III oversees the full lifecycle of construction and renovation projects for government facilities. You’ll manage scope, budget, and schedule while leading on-site efforts to ensure quality, compliance, and success.

Manage projects from planning through closeout

Oversee field operations and contractor performance

Review designs, schedules, and cost estimates

Ensure compliance with safety and contract standards

Support commissioning, punch lists, and turnover

Prepare scopes, reports, and project documentation

Coordinate with stakeholders and lead project meetings

Travel for site inspections and evaluations

Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of construction and building systems

Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project planning

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects

Strong communication and coordination skills
