Warren Village Early Learning Center at Alameda is seeking a dynamic, flexible, and relationship-driven School-Age Teacher to join our team. This is a unique full-time role for an educator who enjoys working across age groups, with a strong passion for supporting school-age children.
Warren Village serves children and families experiencing housing instability and other life transitions. Our work is grounded in relationship-based care, consistency, and creating a safe, supportive environment where every child can thrive. About the Role
This is an ideal position for an educator who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys variety in their day. Responsibilities include:
Leading a structured, engaging, and supportive school-age program
Planning age-appropriate activities that promote social-emotional development, creativity, and independence, as well as field trips
Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families
Maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment
Supporting smooth transitions throughout the day
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with children
Colorado Level 3 Early Childhood Credential (or ability to obtain)
Experience working with multiple age groups, including school-age children
Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills

Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay range: $27.35 – $31.30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
