Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Arrive promptly at 5:30 AM and check in with the opening manager.

Set up front counter, dining room, drive-thru, and mobile order areas.

Prepare coffee, iced tea, sauces, condiments, and FOH supplies.

Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm and care.

Take accurate orders at the front counter, drive-thru, or mobile pickup.

Maintain a clean and organized dining and beverage area.

Anticipate guest needs and support team flow during peak breakfast and lunch hours.

Follow Chick-fil-A standards for food presentation, cleanliness, and speed of service.

Communicate clearly with Back of House to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Qualifications and Requirements:

Dependable early-morning availability (5:30 AM – 3:00 PM).

Friendly, service-oriented attitude.

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required
