In this role, you will be the "eyes on the street," utilizing advanced camera technology and your keen observation skills to locate and identify target assets for recovery.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Drive & Scan: Operate a company-provided vehicle equipped with License Plate Recognition (LPR) camera systems along designated routes.
- Asset Location: Scan streets, parking lots, and apartment complexes to identify and locate collateral scheduled for repossession.
- Verify Information: Double-check vehicle identification numbers (VINs), license plates, and descriptions against our database to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Real-Time Reporting: Communicate immediately with recovery trucks once a target asset is successfully located and confirmed.
- Maintain Safety: Operate vehicles safely and professionally at all times, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Job Requirements
- Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license and a clean DMV record are strictly required.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort using smartphones, GPS, mapping apps, and specialized LPR software.
- Sharp Focus: Excellent observational skills and situational awareness.
- Dependability: Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision while maintaining high productivity.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- E or EE Florida Recovery Agent License
