American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Resource Pool position requiring an IA or compact RN license and willingness to float across multiple units.

Hospital-based Resource Pool position floating across multiple med-surg units
-
Floating required to Ortho, Med-Surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Tele units
-
May be required to float to the West Lakes Campus, approximately 9.5 miles from downtown
-
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
-
Works every other weekend
-
26-week assignment length
-
Active RN license (IA or Compact) currently in hand
-
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
-
NIHSS and TNCC certifications may be required
-
ACLS certification required for RNs working in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, or SICU
-
Provide direct patient care across a variety of med-surg specialty units as part of a resource pool team
-
Holiday coverage required on an every-other-holiday rotation
