- Title: RN ICU
- Location: Southampton, NY 11968
- Shift: Day shift and Night Shift
- Schedule: 3x12 Hours
- Contract: 13 weeks with possible extension
- Weekly Gross for Traveler's: $2803/weekly
- Local Pay Rate: $68/Hr on W2
EXP: Min 2yrs ICU & ER
CERTS: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS
HOUSING: SHARED HOUSING AVAILABLE AT A COST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uses the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Collects data relevant to patient’s condition and reports critical values to physician in a timely manner.
- Assesses appropriate lab and diagnostic data.
- Documents findings of physical assessment and is able to identify abnormal findings.
- Develops plan of care based on patient need.
- Advocates on behalf of the patient and their family.
- Performs interventions according to patient need and hospital policy.
- Evaluates patient outcomes in relation to goals.
- Adheres to all safety guidelines and exercises the utmost care when interacting with patients.
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor in interactions with patient, family, peers, and staff, and maintains open communication with nursing management.
