We are now hiring for Deckhands & Customer Service positions to support our Marine Tours.
Prior Sailing or Passenger Vessel Cruise experience is a plus. Repair & Maintenance experience, Customer Service skills, attention to detail, being able to think & work safely, and being able to respond in critical situations are a must.
Must be able to pass a drug test, pass a background check, and be willing to work holidays and weekends.The position hours per week depend on cruise & maintenance schedule.
Because we are a tour boat company with multiple vessels, you may be required to work shifts as crew or bartender onboard all of our vessels as well as ticket agent in our kiosk.
Entry level crew starts at $16/hour but pay is based on experience plus onboard tips which are pooled from tours and bar.

As a Deckhand & Customer Service, you will be integral to maintaining the vessel and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers. This role requires strong maintenance skills to uphold the boat's condition and customer service abilities to assist guests effectively. You will report to the Captain and collaborate with the crew to manage daily operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in navigating challenges on the water. Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the vessel, ensuring all areas are clean and safe for operation.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests at our in person Sales Kiosk, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
- Support the crew in various deck operations, including mooring, anchoring, and navigation tasks.
- Monitor equipment and report any issues to the captain or senior crew members.
- Participate in safety drills and adhere to all safety regulations on board.
