We're passionate about empowered parenting and are looking for a creative, data-driven marketing contractor to help us reach more families who need us.
The Role
We're seeking a skilled marketing professional to grow our online presence through targeted Google Ads campaigns, engaging social media content, and strong SEO practices. This is a flexible, remote contract role ideal for a self-starter who can hit the ground running.
What You'll Do
- Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display) to drive qualified traffic to our website, webinars, and courses
- Manage and grow our social media presence (primarily Instagram and Facebook), including content scheduling, caption writing, and community engagement
- Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and technical SEO improvements to increase organic search visibility
- Track and report on key metrics monthly — including ad spend, ROI, follower growth, and website traffic
- Collaborate with our team to align marketing efforts with upcoming course launches, events, and promotions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts with measurable results
- Strong social media management skills, with a portfolio or examples of past work
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar)
- Excellent written communication skills — our audience is parents, and tone matters
- Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage your own schedule and deadlines
- Experience in the wellness, parenting, education, or health space is a plus
Contract Details
- Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours/month (flexible)
- Engagement: Contract/freelance
- Rate: Commensurate with experience — please include your rate in your application
- Start date: As soon as the right person is found
