Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional ABA services. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, providing training to parents and staff, collaborating with other team members, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Conduct assessments
Provide training to parents and staff
Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA
Maintain records and documentation
Attend professional development activities
Supervise RBTs

Requirements:
Master's degree in ABA or related field
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
Strong understanding of ABA principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work flexible hours
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $80,000 - $115,000 annually
