Job Requirements
1.Report any misconduct, suspicious, or unethical activities to the Compliance Officer.
2.Represent the pharmacy in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with patients.
3.Pursue the development of new business with potential referral sources and patients.
4.Participate in negotiations with referral source organizations as requested.
5.Develop existing business relationships with referral sources and patients, with an emphasis on customer retention.
6.Administer the pharmacys advertising and public relations campaigns, including the development of print and media initiatives; coordinate with external agencies as needed.
7.Represent the pharmacy at industry events in a professional manner that will enhance the pharmacys public image and reputation.
8.Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities, and communicate up-to-date information with other departments of the pharmacy.
9.Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
10.Participate in the pharmacys Performance Improvement program as requested by the Performance Improvement Coordinator.
11.Participate in pharmacy committees when requested.
12.Participate in in-service education programs provided by the pharmacy.
13.Pursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities.
14.Ensure compliance with the organization's Code of Conduct and all applicable laws, including HIPAA regulations for the protection of sensitive information.
15.Perform any additional duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.
Minimum Qualifications
1.Organizational skills sufficient to maintain consistently accurate records.
2.Ability to evaluate options and to make efficient decisions.

4.Computer skills that include proficiency with spreadsheets and use of the internet, as well as word processing, and efficient use of the internet and e-mail.
