Since 1964, Anchor Bar has been known as the Home of the Original Buffalo Wing. Our Leesburg location is built around great food, a robust draft beer selection, a memorable game-day atmosphere, and genuine hospitality, creating a complete sports bar experience for every guest.
The Anchor Bar Manager supports the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring guests receive outstanding service while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, staffing, and operational performance. The Manager provides hands-on leadership during assigned shifts and is responsible for coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities to deliver an efficient, welcoming, and consistent Anchor Bar experience.
The ideal candidate is a dependable, energetic restaurant professional who leads by example, communicates effectively, develops employees, and is comfortable taking ownership of restaurant operations. The Manager serves as the senior leader on duty when the General Manager is unavailable and is expected to make sound operational decisions while protecting the interests of the restaurant, its employees, guests, and ownership.
Duties
- Manage assigned opening, closing, and operating shifts.
- Ensure the restaurant is properly staffed and prepared for daily operations.
- Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities throughout the shift.
- Conduct opening, shift-change, and closing walkthroughs.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, ticket times, and service standards.
- Ensure dining, bar, kitchen, restroom, patio, and common areas remain clean and guest-ready.
- Monitor inventory and communicate product shortages or operational concerns.
- Ensure proper execution of Anchor Bar recipes, portions, presentation, and brand standards.
- Support major sporting events, promotions, private parties, community events, and other high-volume periods.
Anchor Bar is not looking for someone to simply manage a restaurant.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
