Are you dependable, caring, and looking for work where you can make a difference? River Road Estates is seeking a part-time caregiver to support residents in our small, home-like assisted living community in Sparta, Wisconsin.
We are a family-owned, 22-bed CBRF serving adults with a variety of abilities and support needs. Our caregivers help residents remain as comfortable, safe, and independent as possible while building meaningful relationships along the way.
Schedule:
- First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
- Part-time hours
- Every other weekend required
What you’ll do:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily needs
- Provide friendly companionship and reassurance
- Prepare and serve meals
- Complete routine cleaning and laundry
- Administer medications after completing required training
- Observe residents for changes and communicate concerns to the appropriate staff
- Help maintain a welcoming, respectful, and comfortable home
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone who is at least 18 years old
- A reliable person who arrives on time and follows through
- Someone patient, respectful, and comfortable assisting others
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- CBRF certifications or caregiving experience are helpful but not required
We are willing to train the right candidate and may assist with required CBRF certifications. What matters most to us is finding someone with a caring heart, good judgment, and a genuine interest in supporting our residents.
