Sign-On & Relocation:
- Retention Bonus: Up to $40,000 (Based on shift and commitment)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN) to join a dynamic inpatient team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients with cardiac, respiratory, and neurological conditions while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Candidates with strong Telemetry or Progressive Care experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Monitor patients with cardiac, respiratory, and neurological conditions.
- Interpret EKG rhythms and monitor cardiac and vasoactive drips.
- Administer medications, oxygen therapy, and other nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina RN License.
- Nursing Diploma, ADN/ASN required; BSN or MSN preferred.
- Current BLS (AHA or ARC) Certification.
- Current ACLS (AHA or ARC) Certification.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
- Progressive Care or Telemetry experience preferred.
- Experience with cardiac, respiratory, and neurological patients preferred.
