About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Production & Logistics Lead to manage daily production execution, warehouse flow, inventory tracking, and outbound logistics.
This role keeps projects moving from inbound materials through finished goods by making sure materials are ready, production runs are organized, records are accurate, and shipments are coordinated. You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, and project management to keep production priorities moving and support scalable workflows as Barrel RM grows.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily production, inventory, warehouse flow, and logistics activities
- Organize inbound materials, production inputs, finished goods, and storage areas
- Track spirits, labels, bottles, caps, boxes, and other production materials
- Plan and run bottling, finishing, and packaging activities
- Coordinate production runs, including line setup, timing, output tracking, and documented losses
- Schedule and supervise production staff and temporary labor during production runs
- Maintain accurate production, inventory, transfer, and shipment records required for compliance and internal tracking
- Schedule pickups, deliveries, and shipments with vendors, brokers, distributors, and other partners
- Identify production, inventory, or logistics issues and communicate next steps to the team
- Support safe operation, upkeep, and readiness of production equipment and warehouse infrastructure
- Support scalable production, warehouse, inventory, and logistics workflows as Barrel RM grows
What Success Looks Like
- Production runs are completed on schedule with accurate output tracking and documented losses
- Inventory is organized, traceable, and reliably tracked from receipt through shipment
- Pickups and deliveries are coordinated smoothly with minimal last-minute issues
- Compliance records are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Production staff and temporary labor are coordinated effectively during runs
- Equipment, warehouse areas, and production materials are ready when needed

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience coordinating production, warehouse, inventory, and shipments
- Experience preparing materials, tracking inventory, and supporting production or fulfillment timelines
- Ability to use basic tracking, inventory, or spreadsheet tools
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or regulated production environment is a plus

Work Environment: Comfortable working in a lab environment within an active production facility, with varying temperatures, including warmer conditions during summer months, and moderate to high noise levels in nearby production areas or during active runs.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, move throughout the facility, lift and move up to 50 lbs, and perform computer-based work as needed.
