Pay Rate: $65/hr
Contract: Contract assignment
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses for a contract opportunity in the Cherokee Nation region. This role supports obstetrical, postpartum, newborn, and general women's health care services in a hospital setting that delivers approximately 850 to 900 infants annually.
Responsibilities
Assess patient conditions, identify urgent changes, and take appropriate clinical action
Develop and implement individualized care plans for mothers, newborns, and assigned patients
Administer medications, IV therapy, respiratory support, and other physician-prescribed treatments
Operate and monitor equipment such as infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors
Document patient care, provide education, support discharge planning, and coordinate with the care team
Requirements
Active Oklahoma or Compact Registered Nurse license required
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required
Must meet pre-employment credentialing, background check, and drug screen requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs, required
