Currently looking for a reliable maintenance tech/cleaner/grounds person to take care of general maintenance for an apartment complex in Caney, Kansas. Must have experience in the maintenance field. This is a part time position and hours will vary from 10-15 hours weekly and some weeks possibly more. Apply today!! Must be able to pass a background check. Must have own tools and transportation.
Responsibilities Included:
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Patching drywall and Painting Units
- Basic Plumbing Skills
- HVAC knowledge is a plus
- Cleaning clubhouse/laundry room
- Completing work orders
- Minimal landscaping
