Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! You will oversee administrative functions, manage client and vendor relationships, handle bookkeeping tasks using Sage/Peachtree, and support the overall productivity of our office environment. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, helping customers, and maintaining a professional environment
- Answer phone systems promptly and courteously, providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and proofread documents for accuracy
- Handle bookkeeping responsibilities using Sage, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliation
- Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, proofreading, and managing correspondence
- Provide customer support via phone or email, ensuring positive interactions with clients and vendors
Experience
- Proven office management experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Familiarity with Sage for bookkeeping tasks is highly preferred
- Any knowledge of commercial poultry houses a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
