Paver Operator – Reno, NV
AC Moate Industries is hiring an experienced Asphalt Paver Operator to join our paving crew in the Reno area. We’re looking for someone who knows how to run a paver, work with a crew, and put down a clean, consistent mat.
What You’ll Do
- Operate asphalt paver on commercial projects
- Control speed, grade, and material flow
- Work closely with screed, roller operators, and foreman
- Ensure smooth, even asphalt placement
- Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Follow safety procedures on active job sites
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience operating an asphalt paver
- Strong understanding of grade, slope, and asphalt placement
- Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
- Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
