POTOGLOW is looking for a dependable, energetic, and motivated full-time team member to join our team. We are seeking someone who is not just looking for a temporary job, but someone who is ready to take responsibility, lead by example, and grow with the company long-term.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer questions
- Operate the register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
- Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support daily store operations and problem-solving
- Help train, guide, and support other team members when needed
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Full-time availability
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable taking initiative and handling responsibilities without constant supervision
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Due to the responsibilities of this role, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and leadership duties, applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
