About the Role
We are an independent service provider (ISP) operating under FedEx Ground. We are looking for reliable, motivated P&D drivers to join our growing team and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in the Norcross, GA.
Pay: $140 - $170 per day
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Driver’s license and a clean driving record required
- No traffic citations in the last 36 months
- No citation for speed over 80 mph
- Ability to lift up to 150lbs regularly
- Requires High School Diploma or equivalent
- DOT physical, drug test and background screenings

What you'll do:
- Show up to the terminal on time, load/ organize your packages
- Inspect your vehicle before and after every shift
- Navigate 120–150 deliveries daily using GPS-optimized routes
- Handle all package sizes safely: no damage to goods, vehicle, or yourself
- Scan and log every pickup and drop-off accurately
- Represent the company well at every door you knock on
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous FedEx Ground P&D or UPS delivery experience
- Experience with handheld scanning devices and delivery route apps

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, with optional Saturday shifts available
- Start times typically between 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM depending on terminal sort

Pay: $700.00 - $900.00 per week
