Part-Time Female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Experienced Special Needs Caregiver
Location: Mansfield, TX 76063
We are looking for a kind, patient, and dependable female caregiver or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with our 7-year-old child in our home.
This is a part-time position for approximately 2–4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. The schedule is flexible and can be discussed with the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, compassionate care for our child.
- Engage in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
- Implement behavioral strategies (if RBT certified or experienced).
- Encourage communication, social interaction, and independence.
- Ensure a safe, positive, and supportive environment.
- Communicate with parents regarding the child's daily activities and progress.
Preferred Qualifications
- Female caregiver (preferred by the family).
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or experience working with children with autism or other special needs.
- Previous experience as a nanny, behavioral therapist, special education aide, respite caregiver, or childcare provider is highly preferred.
- Patient, caring, energetic, and reliable.
- Non-smoker.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to pass a background check.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Approximately 2–4 hours per day
- Flexible hours
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications.
