What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day will revolve around keeping our contracts department running smoothly, ensuring customers get timely responses, and helping us stay organized as we grow. Tasks include:
- Preparing pricing proposals and customer quotes
- Accurately entering orders into our SAP system
- Generating and managing critical sales documentation
- Running reports to help leadership make data-driven decisions
- Researching customer data and industry trends
- Acting as a key liaison between sales, operations, and customers
- Assisting with administrative functions such as phones, filing, and greeting guests
What We’re Looking For
We’re not just looking for someone who can do the job—we’re looking for someone who owns it. You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- A love for details, structure, and order
- Strong communication skills and a professional, confident tone
- A knack for learning new software (experience in SAP is a plus!)
- Intermediate Excel skills (at a minimum, you know your way around a spreadsheet and have a few formulas under your belt)
- Experience reviewing or working with contracts or terms and conditions (even better!)
- A proactive mindset—someone who spots problems early and takes initiative to solve them
- The ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities without missing a beat
- Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM
Reports to: Contracts Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
