Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms.
- Execute a variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and polishing floors to ensure they are spotless and well-maintained.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring all areas meet health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients, demonstrating versatility and customer service excellence.
- Manage custodial tasks like trash removal, organizing supplies, and restocking essentials to keep homes tidy and functional.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns promptly.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or housekeeper management provides valuable skills applicable to this role.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning, floor care techniques, and sanitation practices enhances your ability to deliver top-quality service.
- Background in hospitality or hotel services demonstrates strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with laundry operations and general cleaning supplies ensures efficiency in daily tasks.
