Position Overview

VTC Insurance Group is seeking a detail-oriented Agency Services Representative (ASR) to support our Large Commercial Lines team in Troy.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with junior-level insurance experience (ie: CSR), preferably in Commercial Lines, OR someone coming from Personal Lines who is looking to grow into a Commercial Lines Account Manager career path.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to Account Managers and help keep client service work moving efficiently and accurately. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed processing work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in Commercial Lines.
Key Responsibilities

Support Account Managers with day-to-day service needs and administrative processing

Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and audits

Handle certificates and proof of insurance requests

Assist with invoicing and policy review

Help maintain accuracy, organization, and follow-through across service tasks
Qualifications

Junior-level insurance experience preferred

Commercial Lines experience is a plus

Personal Lines experience with interest in moving into Commercial Lines will be considered!

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and follow-through

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Computer proficiency required (MS Excel, Outlook, Word)

AMS360 experience preferred but not required
