Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and possess the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. This role is crucial in ensuring the precision and quality of our production processes, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust tooling, fixtures, and workpieces as needed for efficient operation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure accuracy in production.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of tooling, machining processes, and factory operations.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings with precision.
- Familiarity with hand tools and measuring equipment, including micrometers.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
