Join our dynamic team as a Display Installer and become a vital contributor to creating visually compelling retail environments. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining display fixtures, signage, and branded elements across various retail locations. Your expertise will help enhance brand visibility, optimize product presentation, and deliver engaging shopping experiences. Responsibilities
- Install and assemble retail displays, signage, planograms, and branded fixtures with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to understand branding guidelines and layout designs for each project.
- Manage inventory of display materials, tools, and hardware to ensure timely completion of installations.
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding project timelines, site conditions, and safety protocols.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement of displays while adhering to merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with basic hand & power tools.
- Ability to be flexible in your daily hours and have transportation to and from the warehouse. Depending on the project we need to start at whatever time is needed to be onsite to different locations and usually do not know when we will be back. We schedule to try and make it an 8 hour day but will range anywhere from a 6-10 hour day.
- Must have drivers license
- Strong understanding of layout design, planograms, branding principles, and visual design concepts.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and planograms accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients across multiple languages if applicable.
- Skilled in inventory management, organization skills, time management, and retail math for accurate pricing and cost control.
- Capable of handling physical tasks such as lifting display components safely and working at heights when necessary.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
