What You’ll Do
Customer Service
- Greet every guest warmly and make them feel at home
- Stay friendly, helpful, and positive under pressure
- Represent our brand with professionalism and respect
Order Taking & Food Assembly
- Take accurate orders using the POS system
- Follow food build guides for consistency and quality
- Assemble and package meals to brand standards with care and speed
Transaction Handling
- Process payments and discounts accurately
- Manage third-party delivery orders (UberEats, etc.)
- Maintain accuracy in all transactions and order flow
Cleanliness & Sanitation
- Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing cleaning routines
- Keep workspaces clean, safe, and well-organized
- Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
Food Prep & Inventory
- Prepare ingredients following recipes and food safety protocols
- Label, date, and store all items properly
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory throughout your shift
- Use FIFO (First In, First Out) for stock rotation and report low inventory

Requirements
- Able to stand, move, and stay active throughout your shift
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to verify Hepatitis A vaccination (required)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Willing to follow all company policies and health guidelines
