Total System Services (TSS HVAC) is looking for an experienced Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to oversee commercial projects throughout the Boise area.
For more than 30 years, TSS has provided commercial and industrial HVAC services throughout the Treasure Valley. Our work includes equipment replacements, retrofits, renovations, energy-efficiency upgrades, tenant improvements, and new construction projects for commercial, industrial, government, and health care facilities.
We're growing and looking for an experienced installer who can lead crews, run projects independently, and take pride in delivering quality work.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial HVAC installations from layout through startup
- Install RTUs, split systems, ductwork, gas piping, and related equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Perform field measurements, takeoffs, and material ordering
- Coordinate crane picks and equipment placement
- Manage jobsite safety, quality, and production
- Communicate project status and material needs to management
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget
Qualifications
- Five or more years of commercial HVAC installation experience
- Experience leading crews and managing projects independently
- Strong sheet metal layout and fabrication skills
- Experience ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
- EPA certification and required state licenses
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation and Benefits
- $50–$60 per hour, depending on experience
