Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Finish Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidates will have expertise in various carpentry tasks, including installing doors, door casing, closet shelving, moldings, and custom millwork. As well as completing daily objectives as part of a team or at times with little supervision. A high attention to detail and problem solving abilities are required. This role involves working on new residential construction sites and remodeling projects.
Duties:
- Perform finish carpentry tasks such as installation of fixtures, trim, doors, closet shelving, and moldings.
- Restore and repair wooden structures.
-Handrail, baluster, skirting, and stair work
-Installation of wainscoting, wall paneling, tounge& groove, shiplap, and custom accent feature walls and/or ceilings.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site for project completion
-Installation of cabinetry, modifications to custom and prefabricated cabinets.
-Closet shelving systems from basic shelf and pole to full custom built-in walk in closets.
-Box beams, beam wraps, columns, and mantles
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finish/Trim Carpenter or similar role
- Proficiency in custom millwork and problem solving
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Hardware installation: door handles, locks, towel bars/rings, mirrors, cabinet pulls, hinges, hanging rods, etc.
-Reliable transportation to and from the job site and tools for basic to advanced carpentry.
-Ability to problem solve and find solutions in a creative and positive manner.

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
