Responsibilities
- Perform professional therapeutic massage based on client needs
- Conduct client assessments (pain, injury, goals)
- Follow structured treatment plans and session flow
- Maintain accurate client notes (SOAP notes preferred)
- Educate clients and recommend follow-up care
- Provide a high-quality, consistent client experience
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism
Requirements
- Active California Massage License (CAMTC)
- Strong skills in:
- Deep tissue
- Sports massage
- Injury-focused work
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Team-oriented and reliable
- Passion for helping clients heal and improve
