What We’re Looking For:
General Manager
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall leadership and success of the club, overseeing all aspects of operations, team performance, member experience, and revenue generation. This role drives business results by developing high-performing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of exceptional service and accountability.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing fitness, hospitality, retail, or service-based operations
- Strong knowledge of business operations, sales, and team management principles
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue, sales, and operational goals
- Experience analyzing business metrics and implementing strategies to improve performance
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with business management and reporting software
- Ability to lead productive meetings, drive accountability, and support a positive team culture
- Thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding member and team member experience
