Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a premier resort. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves performing night audits, managing guest services, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management by creating a welcoming environment for guests.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in maintaining security protocols throughout the resort during overnight hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in night audit or similar roles within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A background in hospitality management or related fields is desirable.
