Responsibilities: - Perform various landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns - Plant and maintain gardens, including watering, fertilizing, and weeding - Assist with hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, and retaining walls - Snow plow and remove ice from walkways and parking lots during winter months - Trim trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance - Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools - Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance - Perform general groundskeeping duties to ensure a clean and well-maintained outdoor environment Skills: - Experience with snow plowing and ice removal - Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques - Proficiency in lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, and weed control - Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers - Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs - Ability to dig trenches for irrigation system installation or other landscaping projects - Familiarity with tree trimming techniques for maintaining healthy trees - Knowledge of irrigation systems and ability to irrigate lawns and gardens effectively - Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in all landscaping tasks Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
