- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Location: Port Huron, MI
- Contract: 10 Weeks- with possibly extention
- Shift: Nights | 6:30 PM – 7:30 AM
- Schedule: 3 Shifts/Week | 36 Hours/Week
- Local Pay: $42/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients with respiratory conditions
- Provide respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered
- Operate and monitor respiratory care equipment
- Assist with ventilator management and airway care as needed
- Monitor patient responses to respiratory treatments and adjust care accordingly
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement appropriate respiratory care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures
Requirements
- Current and active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license/credential
- NBRC RRT credential preferred/required as applicable
- Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Experience providing respiratory treatments and managing respiratory care equipment
