Job Summary
We are seeking dependable, hardworking Warehouse Laborers to join our team handling aluminum beams, steel pipe, and other construction materials used in shoring and concrete formwork. This is a fast-paced warehouse position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
The position is primarily indoors in a semi-climate-controlled warehouse, with some outdoor work required. Employees should be comfortable standing, walking, lifting, sorting, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
Warehouse Laborer Responsibilities:
- Count, sort, organize, clean, and stack aluminum beams, steel pipe, and construction materials
- Load, unload, move, and organize heavy materials safely
- Repetitively lift and handle materials weighing 75+ pounds
- Use basic hand tools and warehouse equipment as needed
- Measure materials using standard and metric tape measures
- Read work instructions, labels, measurements, and basic written information
- Perform basic math and material counts accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area
- Assist with inventory, material handling, and general warehouse duties
- Follow all safety procedures when handling steel, aluminum, pipe, and construction materials
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Perform both indoor and outdoor warehouse tasks as assigned
Warehouse Laborer Qualifications:
- 1 year of warehouse, laborer, material handler, construction, manufacturing, or industrial experience required
- Ability to learn warehouse procedures and equipment quickly
- Physically capable of repeatedly lifting 75+ pounds
- Comfortable working on your feet for most of the shift
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to read a standard and metric tape measure
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
