Responsibilities
- Lead the team and be able to work independently while maintaining quality
- Assist with construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, siding, roofing, and flooring
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete various carpentry duties
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects
- Install fixtures, doors, cabinets, and other building components with precision
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required on construction sites
- Support concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and plastering activities
- Contribute to restoration projects such as water damage remediation, mold removal, or structural repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or carpentry roles with knowledge of framing, trim carpentry, and general building practices
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment
- Experience with metal stud framing, drywall installation, roofing systems, or flooring is preferred
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or working at heights
- Knowledge of the use of CNC machinery or fabrication techniques is a plus but not required
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
