Duration : 06+ Months Contract
Schedule : 1st Shift | 7am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate : $18.00/ Hr. on W2
**Assist in wrapping/boxing, etc. as needed daily**
Summary
The Quality Technician I is responsible for supporting the business with QA activities to ensure nonconforming products are not produced and shipped to customers. A critical function to provide inspection support as well as process improvements to sustain and improve product quality.
Job Description
- Works with team to provide audits and inspections on product quality according to company quality-assurance processes.
- Assist with conducting nonconforming materials investigation and report to company authorized vendors as appropriate.
- Engages management and team members as required for assistance in addressing new or complex issues.
- Works with team to support new product quality plan implementations.
- Ability to understand technical requirements, delivering output following learned technical framework.
Skills/ Qualifications
- High School or equivalent.
- Preferred Work Experience (years): 0-3 years.
- Ability to learn technical information.
- Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable.
- Beginner level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-task environment.
- Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management).
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Experience:
- wrapping/boxing/packing: 1 year (Required)
- QA activities: 1 year (Required)
