Practice Overview

You'll work alongside a team of laborists, OBs, and 24/7 NP support in a collaborative inpatient setting

Practice within a hospital featuring a Level III NICU, in-house OB anesthesia, and pediatric hospitalist support

Approximately 1,700-1,800 deliveries annually with ~1,000 managed by the hospitalist team

Dedicated OB ED, OR access on the floor, centralized fetal monitoring, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration
Schedule

8 in-house 24-hour shifts per month with flexibility to pick up additional shifts

True shift-based model with no clinic responsibilities and defined time off

Additional shifts available at increased hourly rate

Built-in support structure with NP coverage and designated rest areas
Compensation & Benefits

$190/hour with annual earnings around $437,000 based on standard shifts

Candidate Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Experience preferred, but open to physicians coming out of training

Comfortable managing labor and delivery, OB emergencies, and inpatient care
