Automotive Technician (A or B Level)
An established, family-run auto repair shop is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who can confidently produce 40 billable hours a week while enjoying the space and tools needed to do the job right. With the potential to earn $70,000 to $100,000+ annually, this is a chance to step into a high-capacity shop that values quality work, steady hours, and technician success.

The Shop Setup:

We we're looking for:
- An A- Level Technician: strong in diagnostics, able to work bumper-to-bumper with minimal supervision
- Or a B- Level Technician: reliable, independent on most jobs, and eager to sharpen diagnostic skills on big repairs
- Someone with real-world shop experience (dealership or independent background welcome)
- A professional who thrives in a drug-free, drama-free workplace
What you'll do:
- Handle bumper to bumper repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of vehicle issues
- Keep cars moving efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Work collaboratively with a team that values responsiveness, honesty, and customer care
