Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will have experience in various caregiving settings, including home care, assisted living, and group homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and comfort, and promoting their overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning according to dietary requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Support clients with mobility challenges, including the use of Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function and social interaction, particularly for those with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving roles such as home health aide, nursing assistant, or direct support professional is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with patient observation techniques and monitoring vital signs.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory care needs is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to assist clients with mobility.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.

Shifts
Friday-Saturday-Sunday (Alternate or Every Weekend)
- Fridays are 11pm-7pm
- Saturday and Sundays are 7pm-7am
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
