Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Operator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials within our distribution center. Your proactive approach will help us maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency in warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track stock levels accurately.
- Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, packaging, and stock replenishment while adhering to safety regulations and PPE use.
- Pick and pack orders with precision for shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct stock audits, inventory management activities, and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Support shipping & receiving operations by loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment following OSHA standards and safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory management systems (such as AS400 or similar).
- Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment like reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks.
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or construction environments is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and technical proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety regulations diligently and use PPE correctly.
- Warehouse supervisor experience or leadership skills are advantageous for growth opportunities.

Pay: $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 55 – 60 per week
