Lead Service Technician
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician ready to take the next step into a lead position. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients, mentor junior technicians, and play a key part in delivering high-quality service across commercial and industrial projects.

Duties:
· Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
· Lead field work and support/mentor other technicians
· Communicate directly with clients and represent the company professionally
· Troubleshoot complex systems and recommend solutions
· Contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships
Systems & Equipment - Work on a variety of commercial systems, including:
· VAV & air handling systems
· Hydronic heating systems
· Rooftop units and packaged equipment
· Air conditioning systems
· Building controls (DDC & pneumatic)
Required:
· 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
· Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
· Good communication and leadership ability
· Valid driver’s license and ability to work in Anchorage
Preferred (not required):
· Union HVAC journeyman or foreman experience
· EPA certification (Universal or Type I & II)
· OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid
· Additional certifications (NATE, IAQ, HVAC Excellence)
· Plumbing or sheet metal experience
